Sales Associate – Humboldt, SK & Lloydminster, AB

Principal Accountabilities

  • Building productive and value-added relationships with farm customers focused on establishing needs and providing solutions for their farm business.
  • Work with sales and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience with product deliveries.
  • Work with prospect accounts to develop new purchasing customers.
  • Work with sales team to resolve customer logistics issues.
  • Develop new business within an established territory and identify appropriate customers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Interacting with customers and introducing them to AgraCity.
  • Perform customer satisfaction reviews.
  • Continuously increasing knowledge of AgraCity’ s products.

Required Education and Experience

  • Related post-secondary education or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Previous agriculture industry experience would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Possess a valid Canadian Driver’s License.
