  3. If required add the correct amount of liquid formulation tank mix partners.
  4. Add correct amount of Independence, followed by correct amount of Empire surfactant.
  5. Complete filling of spray tank, apply product, and continue application until the tank is empty.
  6. If application is stopped prior to completion, re-suspend spray solution by full agitation prior to commencing spraying again.

UNDERSTANDING PERFORMANCE

  • Optimal control occurs when applied between 12 °C and 24°C in warm moist growing conditions when weeds are small and actively growing.
  • Typical symptoms (discoloration) of dying weeds may not be visible for several days to 1-3 weeks after application, depending on the grass species and growing conditions.
  • Control of weeds may take 4-6 weeks.
  • Control will be reduced if plants are stressed by lack of moisture, excessive moisture, low-temperature and/or very low relative humidity. Regrowth by tillering may occur if application is made under any of the above stress conditions.
  • In wide row crops, where the canopy may be slow to close, cultivation may be necessary to control grasses that emerge after treatment.
Always read and observe all label directions including rates, restrictions, and grazing and harvest limitations.
*Supported by AgraCity under PMRA tank mix guidelines. When applying tank mix combinations, read and observe all label directions for each product used in the tank mix, and follow the more stringent label precautionary measures for mixing, loading and applying stated on both product labels.
